ACG Builders. Last updated 7 November 2026.
ACG Builders is a building company working across Worthing, Goring, Ferring, Lancing, Shoreham and the surrounding area. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. You can reach us through our website.
When you ask us for a price through one of our forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the answers you give about your project.
Our lawful basis is your request for a quote and our legitimate interest in replying to it. We never sell your information.
Our marketing partner, Hunt Visuals Ltd, runs our adverts and enquiry forms and stores enquiries in our customer system on our behalf. If you came from a Facebook or Instagram advert, Meta receives a record that a form was completed so it can measure the advert. Each of them handles the information only to provide that service.
We keep enquiry details for up to two years, or for as long as we need them if you become a customer.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by getting in touch through our website. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
